How to take

Suggested Use: This product was formulated for ages 4+. Shake gently before each use. Once daily, take it directly by mouth. Best taken with food. Use the following chart to assess dose or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:   

 

1 pump typically fills the dropper about ½ of the way and is approximately 24 drops.  

 

  • Children (4-8 Years): Up to 12 Drops (7 mg)
  • Children (9-13 Years): Up to 21 Drops (11 mg)
  • Adults (14+ Years): Up to 30 Drops (16 mg)
  • Pregnant/Lactating: Consult a physician or healthcare professional.

 

Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.

 

Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.

I like to give myself 1-3 months with a product so I can give it my 100% honest review. I’m just a little skeptical because of the soy bean oil and want to do more research on MCT oil but that is my own fault. Should’ve done my research before purchasing any who I just started taking it not too long ago, so I will definitely come back with an update.
