When I first heard about MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin + Hair Growth, I’ll admit it — I thought it was probably just another gimmick. But I decided to give it a try anyway.
Fast forward to my salon appointment yesterday. I asked my stylist whether she thought my hair was thinning. To my surprise, she said, “No — in fact, you’re growing more hair.”
She then combed through my hair and actually showed me all the new growth — little hairs that are now approximately two inches long. I couldn’t believe it! I hadn’t really noticed them myself until she pointed them out.
Needless to say, I’m now a believer. I started taking this product hoping it might make a difference, and seeing that new growth with my own eyes was such a wonderful surprise.
And an added bonus? It tastes great, too!
Based on my experience, this has gone from something I was skeptical about to something I’m very happy I tried — and will continue using.

The liquid in the bottle is fine but the package always arrives super beat up. Smashed up box with holes and loose dented up bottles. Then under the bottle lid, the circular lining falls off leaving the underside adhesive and pieces of paper or plastic (whatever the liner is made of) stuck to it. When you shake it up for your daily dose, you're inevitably consuming remnants of the liner.
