GET STARTEDDo you ever feel like your day goes by so quickly and you aren’t even sure what you accomplished?
By creating a solid morning and nighttime routine, you can help ensure that you’ll accomplish at least a few of your goals each day. Being consistent helps to form these healthy habits and build confidence!
Since MaryRuth is all about time blocking and routines, we wanted to share her regular weekday morning and night routine to empower you to create your own daily routines.
With time blocking to help you play out your morning and night, you can set yourself up for success.
Waking up and accomplishing a few simple tasks starts MaryRuth’s day off right. By putting on her workout clothes first thing, she prepares herself for future morning goals. As a mom of four, she also likes to get up a bit before her children to have some time to get things done.
5:45: Wake up, put on workout clothes, wash face & brush teeth
6:00: Put in a load of laundry, go downstairs, get water and vitamins for myself & put the children’s vitamins on the table
6:15: Stretch and rebound
6:30: Make breakfast & celery juice and pack lunches
7:00: Give the kids their breakfast, celery juice, & vitamins; my mom comes to watch the children for 30 minutes while they eat so I can exercise
7:05: Get sunshine & go for a quick 15 to 20 minute run outside
7:20: Take a shower & get changed
7:45: Drive the kids to school
8:15: Get home & start work
In the evening, MaryRuth uses the few hours after the children go to bed and before she goes to bed to work on a few more projects needed, have a bit of time to herself, and prep her body for sleep with the Liquid Nighttime Multimineral.
7:00: Stop eating and drinking for the day
7:05: Get all of the kids ready and tucked in bed
7:30: Finish up some work items
9:00: Read one of my favorite cookbooks & take Liquid Nighttime Multimineral
9:30: Wash face, brush teeth, and get into bed to be asleep by 10 pm
