How to take

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.


 

Suggested Dosage:

  • 1-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
  • 4-13 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)
  • 14 Years+: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)

Energy in a bottle

I can get 2 hours of sleep and with this vitamin I'm good for the day. I used to get the full size bottle then went to the 15 ounce bottle now I got the travel size. It's so cute and small. Individually sealed so I can take it to work or put a few in the fridge for a fresh bottle each time I take it. It makes a huge difference. Vitamins in Pill form don't always work for me. Everytime I try a regular multivitamin I go back to this brand. The liquid morning multivitamin Raspberry. The photo is the 15 ounce and travel size wich is 1oz so you can see the difference in size. Careful where you buy

I bought from Sam’s Club thinking I was getting chromium in my supplement since it advertised it, but then looking at the ingredients it’s not actually in there

My daughter is using this product in the different flavors, her favorite for about two years after her bariatric surgery and was approved for her nutritionist, this product is for her lifetime use after the surgery. She was using Mary Ruths product for each kind of condition during the process of her recovery for the surgery. Like when she began to loss hair after her bariatric surgery, her hair is growing super healthy, Iron when her level of iron was low, now her levels of iron are super! When she finished the college, she needs to sleep in the night because usually she was studying until midnight, she use the midnight Mary Ruth’s products and she recovery her sleeping habits again. She use Irish Moss gummies and several others productos every time is necessary after laboratories exams. Thanks to this products she avoids products with several secondary effects. 100% recommended for bariatric patients.

Products shipped expired the next month.

I trusted MaryRuth to the point that I did care to check the expiration dates on their products. Only to realize the products that was shipped out to me Nov 13th 2024 was written “BB Dec 2024, meanwhile I still have enough in my refrigerator to go by through half of December. Had to cancel my subscription. I wasted my money.

Raspberry ugh.

This was purchased for my 19 year old daughter. She absolutely hates the taste and I really wish I would have gotten the strawberry (couldn’t find it on the site at the time). Can I please exchange this flavor?

Do the 1 oz bottles need to be refrigerated?

Since this is a travel pack, and each 1 oz bottle is a single serving for ages 14+, no refrigeration is necessary unless you decide to take a smaller dose and not finish the entire bottle. Store them in a cool, dry place. However, some prefer to put the multivitamins in the fridge for the taste. We’d recommend not doing so until you have arrived at your travel destination.

I have MTHFR gene variant(s). Is this product safe for me?

In general, when starting any new health and wellness supplement, you should check with your physician or healthcare professional to make sure the supplement is suitable for you and your health. This is especially true when there is the added complexity of the MTHFR gene variants. We encourage you to partner with your healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.

I’m not feeling a difference when taking this, why?

Many of our customers see immediate results or improvements. However, some of our customers don’t feel any difference at all. Many changes the multivitamin will have on you will be strictly internal and show results in bloodwork. Regardless, please reach out if you are not satisfied with the product.

Why is there no iron in the Liquid Multivitamin?

When formulating our liquid multivitamins, we wanted to make a multivitamin that had the best possible combination of micronutrients for optimal absorption. Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. For those who would like to supplement with iron, we have a stand-alone Liquid Iron supplement in a delicious berry flavor!
