In December 2024, I noticed my hair was thinning and breaking severely and I was still relaxing my hair and that didn’t help at all , and I discovered that I had low iron levels, which didn’t seem to be helping. The short of it is my body was in crisis mode… I was experiencing extreme health issues and headed straight to the doctor.
