You shouldn’t mix manganese with magnesium.. it decreases the absorption of magnesium. Also 217% dv on the manganese?? Why? And 23% dv for the magnesium. The blend makes absoluly no sense for a sleep aid. Will never be purchasing any of Mary Ruth’s vitamins again.

I don’t recive my product I want my refund
This is just what I needed. I’m holistic so I take natural supplements and preventive measures to make sure my body stays tuned up. This gives me the minerals that our bodies need plus put my body in such a relax state. Once I fall to sleep it’s deep and it taste too good. Pineapple Cream is my favorite but my sister and mom love the coconut.
I do very much appreciate the prompt delivery BUT when I received my package, it was opened and the contents inside – for example the probiotics – were out of its box and all of the contents were full of dust on the various outside bottles. I’m sure the contents inside are usable, but the free samples were much better wrapped than the actual products I purchased.
