Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take once daily in the evening or before bedtime either with food, juice, or on an empty stomach. Follow the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
 

Suggested Dosage:

  • 1-3 Years: 1/2 Teaspoon (2.5 mL)
  • 4-13 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)

What ages can take this multimineral?

Our Kids Liquid Nighttime Multimineral was formulated for ages 1 and up. The suggested use for ages 1-3 is ½ teaspoon, and for ages 4-12 is 1 tablespoon.

Why a multimineral before bed?

This liquid multimineral contains vitamin D and multiple nutrients children’s bodies need to support muscle relaxation, bone health, and less stress.

What if I forgot to refrigerate my multimineral?

Some customers have forgotten to refrigerate their Multis after opening. We have done testing on the multivitamins and multiminerals: results suggest they are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. We like to err on the side of safety and say 5 days.
