I absolutely love this multivitamin! I honestly thought nothing would help my hair grow and stop the shedding but this did! It also gives me energy and my skin never looked better. I am 52 and those fine lines and wrinkles are not a problem for me since using this multivitamin. It is a very worthy investment!

I started using this product because my hair has been breaking at the ends for a couple years now. Making it very difficult for me to grow it long again. I've been using this Multivitamin for about 3 weeks and I am already noticing a difference! My hair has grown between 0.5-1 inches, with little to no breakage! I am also noticing regrowth at my hairline and more thickness overall.

I also love that MaryRuth seems to take pride in her product. I'll be buying more. Happy to find and support this company :) (side note: make sure to refrigerate it!)

I have been taking this for two weeks and have already noticed a difference in my skin, how quickly my recent manicure is growing out and how full my hair is feeling. I’m not in love with the taste but that is easy to get past when you can see/feel it working! I am so excited to see the long term results as I continue with this vitamin and eventually try some of the others!

I am happily surprised by this product. I am in my second bottle and my hair is longer than ever. It is delicious, I love it.

Can’t really review yet. Had a little trouble receiving my order when they said I would. But it did arrived later than expected in a box that was pretty beat up, product was in good condition though. The MR liquid vitamin + hair growth taste is just okay, due to I enjoy monk fruit better than stevia. I’ve only been taking the vitamin for 2 weeks so results, if any, are still pending.
