I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a month daily or at least every other day. I had been losing huge wads of hair in the shower when I washed my hair, and more when I brushed or dried it. I started worrying and bought this stuff. I swear 3 days after I started taking it, I washed my hair and I lost maybe 10 hairs total. I didn’t believe it. I’ve started collecting and photographing the amount of hair I lose in the shower during each wash and it’s definitely a noticeable change. It’s at least a quarter of the amount, and usually less that I lose now.
I can’t really tell if I’m growing new hair yet, but next time I go to the salon I’ll ask my stylist to check for new growth.
