Like the flavor

It is very thick, I have been taking a tablespoon everyday. Some
Days its hard because of my morning sickness but I can easy take the spoon by itself. I don’t mixed it with anything. I actually enjoy the flavor of orange and vanilla.

If you’ve already tried other products from Mary Ruth then you know the quality is great. I take mine with a small shot of oatmilk and it’s wonderful. I actually feel like I’m getting the benefits from the vitamin and not just peeing them out like every other vitamin I’ve tried (prenatal or postnatal). I love that these are liposomal as well, I’ve been waiting to find a great prenatal/postnatal just like this. I’ll be taking this until further notice.

If you’re on the fence, don’t be!

I found Mary Ruth’s through my mom who is an NICU nurse and I’m so glad I did. I am pp and breast feeding and this vitamin does not make me sick or have nasty smells like other prenatal/postnatal vitamins and has more in it that we need that we sacrifice in other vitamins. The only thing I could complain about is the taste is a little sharp/hard not to gag a little trying to take (granted I try to swallow it from a tablespoon versus some of the other suggested options). Overall, I am pleased and subscribed :)

I can’t get past the taste

I am not sure if it’s any better than the other prenatal I was taking but I can’t get it down on its own and sometimes don’t get it down. No shot I’m taking this in the beginnings of pregnancy. I need to look and see if it comes in pill form bc I really believe in this brand!
