How to take

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take 30 drops (1 mL) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. For best results, use daily for one month, take 2 weeks off, then use again daily for 2-4 weeks at a time.

Great product

Works pretty good, taste is just horrible

It seems to help me. I don’t need naps everyday now and when I do nap it’s very quick. My mood is better. I wish I’d didn’t taste so horrible. I gag every time. Just looking at the bottle sometimes my stomach turns.

Take at least twice a day
