  • This blend of turmeric and three probiotic strains was formulated to support the gastrointestinal tract. 
  • Lactospore®, otherwise known as Bacillus coagulans, has been shown to promote gut health in a variety of ways including modulating  the microbiome and supporting immune function. 
  • Also included in this blend are Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus paracasei, which have been shown to help maintain the gut microbiome and support immune function.
  • Curcumin, the main active component of turmeric, has been used traditionally for ages. Some research suggests that curcumin may be beneficial for supporting a healthy GI tract, too.

Love them but had an empty capsule

Love the probiotics! I did find an empty capsule in the bottle but it was just one so probably a manufacture mishap. This is not a huge deal but want the company to be aware.

What is turmeric?

Turmeric is a spice from the turmeric plant in the ginger family, the rhizome (root) of which has been long used in cooking and traditional medicine of India and other parts of southeast Asia. It is widely recognizable for its vibrant yellow-gold color and for its use in curries.

Does this product need to be kept in the fridge?

These probiotics are shelf-stable, though refrigerating them may lengthen shelf life. Whether you refrigerate or not is up to you, though if you plan on taking them as a part of a daily regimen, keeping them where you’ll remember to take them might be advantageous.

Can I take different versions of the probiotic capsules together? Like the beauty and the turmeric?

Since our bodies have billions of microorganisms living in our digestive tracts, and probiotics are made of the good bacteria our bodies need, it is generally considered safe to ingest more than one type of probiotic at a time.
